ORDER AND MY PIECE WAS PICKED 8TH. I NOW KNOW THAT SOME SCULPTURE COMPITETIONS WORK IN THIS MANNER AND WILL NOT PARTICIPATE
IN ANY THAT DO THIS. "ANVIL FIRE"(ALL BLACK) PICTURED ON THIS PAGE, TOP AND TO THE RIGHT WAS THE ONE THAT WAS
PICKED... GOOD ENOUGH FOR BRISTOL TN./VA. OR ANY OTHER CITY FOR THAT MATTER... THIS AREA IS SO FRIENDLY TOWARDS LOCAL
ARTISTS. I GUESS IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN "ARTS DEGREE" YOUR NOT FOR REAL...... WRONG..... THE WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

shows in this area that i do not recommend doing if you are an artist / craftsperson are The Exchange Place Spring Show,in
Kingsport,Tenn. and the Mid-Atlantic Garden Faire in Abingdon,Va. Both of these shows have a lot to learn about how they treat
their vendors. Without vendors, there is no "show". It does not matter where you are set up,every vendor should
be treated with the same amount of respect.....F.Y.I.- That IS my "Banjo Man" sculpture at Barter on the Green.

the sculpture to the left is a kinetic piece, each bird will move a full 360 degrees. it also will come apart
into -3- different pieces for easy moval and set-up. the piece to the right is all 1 piece, approx. 7' tall and heavy.
both sculptures are of the weathering steel type. but can be painted or clear coated to keep their natural finish.
