Code Violations??? You decide...See pictures here....
Back in July of 2011, I notified the proper authorities about the unsafe condition of this -3-
story apt. complex. As of January 21st. 2012 nothing has been done and the building is in the same condition. I was however
notified that the authorities would continue to 'monitor' the situation. I'm not sure exactly what that means. It appears
to me that some people in town have to obey the building codes of this town, while others do not...
The stairwell and balcony supports are -clearly- unsafe. When you look at the pictures, you can
actually see moss growing on the exposed supports and concrete. Thats how long it been in this shape! Moss is a
very slow grower...
